These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online marketplace iNUNO.shop. iNUNO.shop operates a marketplace platform. Products are offered, sold and shipped by independent third party sellers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, iNUNO.shop is not the contractual seller of the products.

2. Marketplace model
iNUNO.shop provides the technical infrastructure for product listings, order processing and payment handling. The purchase contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the respective seller.

6. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe as an external payment service provider. iNUNO.shop does not store full payment card details. Payment providers process personal data under their own responsibility.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms, delivery times and carriers are defined by the seller and displayed in the product listing. The seller is responsible for delivery and risk transfer in accordance with applicable law.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers benefit from statutory withdrawal rights under EU consumer law. The seller is responsible for providing withdrawal instructions, handling returns and issuing refunds.
9. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Claims related to defects or non conformity must be addressed to the seller.
iNUNO.shop is liable only for platform related services and only in cases of intent or gross negligence, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
