Seller terms

1. Scope and role of iNUNO.shop

These seller terms apply to all sellers who use iNUNO.shop to list and sell products to buyers. iNUNO.shop operates as an online marketplace platform. Products are offered, sold and shipped by independent sellers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, iNUNO.shop is not the contractual seller of the products and does not become a party to the sales contract between buyer and seller.

iNUNO.shop provides the technical platform, marketplace features, and payment processing support as described in these terms.

2. Seller eligibility and account

To sell on iNUNO.shop, you must create a seller account and provide accurate, complete, and up to date information, including any legally required business information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

iNUNO.shop may require verification and may request supporting documents to confirm your identity, business status, and compliance with applicable law.

3. Seller approval status

Sellers are subject to an approval process. Your seller status may be:

  • pending: your application is under review
  • approved: you may list products and sell on the platform
  • rejected: you may not list products or sell on the platform

Product listing features are available only to approved sellers. iNUNO.shop may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke approval at its discretion, subject to applicable law and fair dealing obligations.

4. Your responsibilities as a seller

You are the seller of record and are solely responsible for:

  • the legality, safety, quality, and conformity of your products
  • accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability
  • ensuring your listings do not mislead buyers and include all mandatory information
  • packaging, dispatch, delivery, and handling of shipping issues
  • customer support relating to your products and orders
  • complying with EU consumer protection rules and all other applicable laws
  • tax compliance, including VAT determination, invoicing, and reporting

5. Product listings and content rules

All listings must be truthful, clear, and complete. You must provide required product information, including where applicable: material composition, sizing, compatibility, instructions, warnings, and any legally required labels.

You must ensure you have the rights to use any content you upload, including images, text, logos, and trademarks. You grant iNUNO.shop a non exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your listing content on the platform and in marketing materials solely for operating and promoting the marketplace.

6. Prohibited and restricted items

You must not list or sell illegal items or items that are restricted by applicable law. You must not list items that infringe intellectual property rights or violate product safety rules. iNUNO.shop may remove listings and take enforcement actions where it suspects non compliance.

7. Orders and formation of the sales contract

When a buyer places an order, the sales contract is formed between the buyer and you, the seller, once the order is accepted in accordance with the platform checkout and order flow. You must fulfill accepted orders in a timely manner and communicate clearly with buyers.

8. Shipping, delivery times, and risk

You are responsible for shipping the product to the buyer and for providing accurate delivery estimates and shipping costs. You must dispatch within the time stated in your listing or, if none is stated, within a reasonable time.

You are responsible for packaging, carriers, tracking, and handling delivery problems. Risk of loss transfers in accordance with applicable consumer law. In consumer sales, the seller generally remains responsible until the buyer receives the goods.

9. Returns, cancellations, and consumer rights

For sales to consumers in the European Union, mandatory consumer rights apply. Where applicable, consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal within the legal period for distance contracts, subject to statutory exceptions. You must provide required pre contract information, handle withdrawal requests, and process refunds in accordance with applicable law.

If you offer additional voluntary return policies, those must be clearly stated and must not limit mandatory consumer rights.

10. Prices, fees, and commissions

iNUNO.shop may charge marketplace fees and commissions as described on the platform. Fees and commissions may be deducted from amounts payable to you and may vary by seller account type, category, or individual agreement. Applicable fees are shown in the seller area before use or activation.

11. Payments, payouts, and payment service providers

Buyer payments are processed via external payment service providers. iNUNO.shop may facilitate payment collection and the calculation and deduction of applicable fees.

Payouts to sellers are made via a payout provider. Unless otherwise stated, iNUNO.shop uses Wise Business for seller payouts. You must provide accurate payout details and comply with verification requirements of the payout provider.

Payout timing may depend on factors such as payment method settlement, dispute windows, compliance checks, fraud prevention, and order status.

12. Chargebacks, disputes, and fraud

If a buyer initiates a payment dispute, chargeback, or fraud claim, you must cooperate by providing requested information and evidence. Payment provider fees or dispute handling costs may apply and may be passed on to you where legally permissible, especially if the issue results from your breach, non fulfillment, misleading listing, or non compliance.

13. Taxes and invoicing

You are solely responsible for determining and charging applicable taxes and for issuing legally compliant invoices or receipts when required. iNUNO.shop does not provide tax advice and does not assume liability for your tax compliance.

14. Data protection and communications

You must process buyer personal data only for fulfilling orders and providing customer service, and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable. You must not use buyer data for unrelated marketing unless you have a valid legal basis and required consents.

Platform messaging and order communications should remain within iNUNO.shop channels to protect both parties.

15. Platform rules, enforcement, and suspension

iNUNO.shop may monitor listings and transactions to maintain marketplace integrity. iNUNO.shop may remove listings, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or withhold payouts where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, enforce compliance, handle disputes, or meet legal obligations, subject to applicable law.

16. Liability

You are responsible for your products, listings, and fulfillment. To the extent permitted by law, iNUNO.shop is not liable for your products, your contractual obligations to buyers, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protection rules where relevant.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iNUNO.shop from claims, damages, and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your products, your listings, your violation of law, or third party rights infringements, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Termination and account closure

You may stop selling and request account closure, subject to completing outstanding obligations. iNUNO.shop may terminate or suspend your account for material breach, repeated non compliance, fraud risk, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law and fair procedures.

19. Changes to these seller terms

iNUNO.shop may update these seller terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Sellers will be informed of material changes in advance through the platform or via email. Continued use of the seller account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

20. Governing law and dispute resolution

These seller terms are governed by the law applicable to iNUNO.shop as specified in the platform legal information, subject to mandatory provisions that may apply based on your establishment and the nature of the relationship. Courts with jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
