Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract under the rules below.

1. Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the relevant seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email or letter).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, the seller shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This does not include any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the seller.

The reimbursement must be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the seller is informed of your decision to withdraw.

The seller will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

4. Returning the goods

You shall send back the goods to the seller without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the seller has agreed to bear those costs.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. Exceptions and loss of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised
  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
  • digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost

6. Marketplace notice

iNUNO.shop operates as an online marketplace. Products are offered and sold by independent sellers. The withdrawal right is exercised towards the respective seller, not iNUNO.shop itself, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
