Fees and commissions
Marketplace fee model
iNUNO.shop operates as an online marketplace platform.
Products are offered, sold and shipped by independent sellers.
iNUNO.shop is not the contractual seller of the products unless explicitly stated otherwise.
To operate and maintain the platform, iNUNO.shop charges sellers certain fees as described below.
Commission on sales
For each completed sale, iNUNO.shop charges the seller a commission based on the final gross order value.
The commission:
- is calculated as a percentage of the total amount paid by the buyer, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, unless stated otherwise
- is automatically deducted during payment processing
- becomes due only after a successful transaction
The exact commission rate applicable to a seller may depend on:
- seller status or account type
- product category
- individual agreements with iNUNO.shop
Applicable commission rates are displayed to the seller before listing products and may be updated in accordance with these terms.
Payment processing fees
Payments on iNUNO.shop are processed via external payment service providers.
Payment processing fees:
- may be charged in addition to marketplace commissions
- depend on the selected payment method, currency and payment provider
- are either included in the commission or deducted separately, as shown in the seller dashboard
iNUNO.shop does not control the fee structures of third party payment providers.
Additional seller fees
Depending on usage and selected services, additional fees may apply, including but not limited to:
- optional promotional placements or advertising services
- premium seller tools or analytics features
- currency conversion fees imposed by payment providers
- chargeback or dispute handling fees, if caused by the seller
All applicable fees are transparently displayed before use or activation.
No listing fees unless stated
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, iNUNO.shop does not charge fees for product listings.
Fees are generally incurred only when a sale is successfully completed or when optional paid services are used.
Refunds, cancellations and failed transactions
If an order is cancelled or refunded:
- commissions and fees may be adjusted or refunded proportionally
- payment provider fees already charged may not be refundable
In the event of disputes, chargebacks or fraudulent activity, additional costs may be passed on to the responsible seller where legally permissible.
Taxes and VAT
Sellers are solely responsible for:
- determining applicable taxes
- charging VAT or other taxes correctly
- complying with all tax reporting and invoicing obligations
iNUNO.shop does not provide tax advice and does not assume liability for seller tax compliance.
Changes to fees
iNUNO.shop reserves the right to modify fees or commission structures in the future.
Sellers will be informed of material changes in advance through the platform or via email.
Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
Transparency and legal notice
All fees are presented in a transparent manner within the seller account area.
